Iraq's first talk radio station is a new concept for Iraq and the Arabic world.

"It will take you inside their hearts. And once you get inside, then you can get the mind as well."

Radio Dijla broadcasts in the local Iraqi dialect and not classical Arabic, the language of authority.

"We are already No 1 in Baghdad," says Ahmad al-Rikabi, Radio Dijla's founder.
