Interesting for its spin on things.

In comments published by Iraq's al-Mada national newspaper on Thursday, President Ghazi al-Yawir spoke about reconciliation.

"Reconciliation... does not mean depriving our country of the qualified".

Aljazeera TV takes a provocative tack on this otherwise normal issue. I would expect Iraq to establish a National Reconciliation Project.
