EG SHUTS IQ VOTE CENTER -

Iraqi activists said Friday Egyptian authorities
closed down a center they opened to register
the names of eligible voters for Iraq's upcoming
elections... the reason given by the Egyptian police
was that it was not licensed... Hundreds of Iraqi
expatriates had already registered their names...

There are an estimated 6,000 Iraqis in Egypt...
