ANOTHER SAUDI BOOGYMAN IN IQ -

The man behind the blowing up of a gasoline tanker in the Al-Mansur district of Baghdad on Christmas Eve has been arrested.

He is a Saudi national with ties to Al-Qaeda operative Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

The head of the interior ministry's special commando forces said the suspect confessed to 13 other operations, had links with neighboring countries and received payment for the operations.
