Dr Rafiq Abdus Sabir, the accused terrorist emergency room physician from Boca Raton FL will be detained without bail and then face trial in New York City.

The prosecutor claimed, among other things, that Sabir was hoarding weapons in his home and was planning to move his family to Saudi Arabia.
