Muawia E. Ibrahim sends in a dispatch from the dark underbelly of the port city area, describing what seems like a crooked shape-up process, delayed wage payments, poverty, illiteracy, corruption, and general lack of accountability.

Maybe Jackie Chan could go in there and clean things up. It would make a great Hong Kong action movie!

Jackie enters the the movie, riding in to the port city on the back of a trained dolphin. Yes, I can see it now...

After all, when you don't know how to solve a problem, don't despair-- just make a movie out of it.
