BOULIS WHACK ARRESTS -

Fort Lauderdale police have charged three men in the murder of Florida businessman, "Gus" Boulis, who sold his SunCruz casino cruise line to a group that included Washington lobbyist Jack Abramoff and Adam Kidan. One of the men charged was described as a former bookkeeper for the Gambino crime family which is, perhaps, best known for running a trucking racket in NYC's Garment District. Kidan, from New York, used to own a Dial-A-Mattress franchise in Washington, DC.

Boulis was ambushed one evening as he drove down a dimly lit road in Fort Lauderdale. As Boulis approached an intersection near his office, a car braked in front of his BMW, forcing him to come to a stop. A second car, a black Mustang, lined up alongside the BMW's driver's side and a series of shots were fired.

+ I didn't find the Hamptons bagel connection story very believable, but how'd Kidan get his mattresses delivered?

Leave the gun;
take the canoli ... bagels?
