Prosecution of Beacon Hill Services Corp., an Upper East Side NYC money transmitter which moved more than $9 billion in suspect funds through accounts in Chase Manhattan Bank and other institutions has more recently resulted in the shut-down of a huge terror-financing pipeline originating in Latin America through a NYC bank into Middle East terrorists' hands.
