This South American region is being monitored again for another rise in its shady activities.

Most recently it was in the news for money transfers; now an Ecuador narco-trafficking ring has been found which has been channeling 70 percent of its proceeds to Hezbollah, and a Paraguyan shopping center was being used to launder millions for terrorists.

+ Sometimes this issue seems like a dry subject, but it's a concern.
