Dr Rusty Shackleford seems to have discovered who the Dramaturge was behind the Qana Portfolio. Let me describe him to you... he wears a domino which obscures his face but has a pair of highly visible orange glowing eyes which look like burning coals... sound like anyone you know or have ever heard of?
