DRAWING UMBRAGE -

Bob "The Pulp" Norman give good linkage to blogs writing about Jose Varela and his occupation of the Miami Herald newspaper office.

I think what needs to happen now is:

Varela's lawyer, Joe Garcia, should sit down and have a talk with him and try to draw out the specifics of the alleged censorship and other problems.

Then Garcia can distillate the issues and communicate with the "other" lawyer, Gary Pruitt, and/or the rest of us about what is going on.

Essentially, we have here a "visual" person who is upset and inchoate; he can't seem to connect with his verbal skills. Instead he is acting out his feelings. This is not so unusual.
