The Keith Wasserstrom Defense was
denied more specifics by the judge.

It is alleged that he violated his public duty by influencing the award of a contract to the municipality he was supposed to be serving as an official.

His attorney, Larry Davis, tried to argue that Wasserstrom hadn't been paid in money, and wanted to know what specific benefits he was supposed to receive from his influence peddling.

Wasserstrom is a member of the murky cabal whose cogent computer drive records were destroyed when their computers had a mysterious cyber-circle-jerk nervous breakdown together just by coincidence.

[*Wasserstrom, Mayor Mara Giulianti's son and a business partner working with them to promote Schwing Bioset all experienced computer failure that eliminated e-mail from the months before and after the March 2004 vote awarding the contract to the firm. Giulianti also threw out a computer that she used during that period... An investigator at the U.S. Treasury Department's forensics lab in Miami concluded Wasserstrom's computer had been "wiped" and contained no data.*]

A very long trial is predicted.
