# Jesse Cesar, 21, a person of interest in the fatal Boynton Mall shooting, has been released from detainment. Although it was originally believed that he may have fired the shot which killed Berno Charlemond, 24, it is now believed that the actual shooter was Wilson Pierre, Jr., 21, of Lantana, who remains at large.

# Arrest: *Police on Wednesday arrested a man they say beat and stabbed to death a woman found nude in a Hollywood alley on New Year's Day... He is accused of stomping on her head and stabbing her several times.
