# TMZ reported today that Howard K Stern was scheduled to meet with Bahamian authorities this morning about a so-called "break-in" burglary by G Ben Thompson and about the circumstances surrounding the death of Daniel Smith.

# Gina Serpe reports for E! Online News that "a Feb. 26 hearing has been set" to determine the rightful ownership of the house in the Bahamas. I suspect that Thompson retains some sort of sly ace up his sleeve to protect his interests and that he will come out the winner.

# Add to the mix: Rita Cosby at MSNBC reported over the weekend that Smith had been prescribed more than 10 pain medications in the wake of recent surgery to repair a botched breast augmentation.

# Earlier, this morning, TMZ reproduced 2 photos from a Bahamian newspaper, the Tribune of Nassau, showing ANS in a cozy clinch apparently reclining or supining with one Shane Gibson, the Immigration official, who facilitated her residency status in the Bahamas.

# *Immigration Minister Shane Gibson has come under criticism from the political opposition for giving the former Playboy Playmate special treatment in granting Smith residency in the Bahamas last year... Opposition leader Hubert Ingraham said he was looking into the matter.*
