SoFlo: GLAM ICON DEAD - Exotic dancer Vickie Lynn Hogan, better known as Anna Nicole Smith, who reportedly aspired to be the next Marilyn Monroe, died this afternoon at the age of 39 in South Florida.

Contrary to what much of the MSM has been reporting, no one in Hollywood FL has expressed "shock" or is even mildly surprised.
