Three threatening letters to financial institutions sent by a character calling himself "The Bishop" originated in Orlando FL. This character is also accused of sending pipe bombs which have been duds so far.

BOLO: person of interest with description.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a $100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who sent the devices.
