A 56-year-old man dressed in women's clothes and a wig was arrested for allegedly stalking his female neighbor in the outfit, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.

During an undercover investigation in the neighborhood, sheriff's deputies assert they spotted the lurker dressed in costume at 3:15am outside the woman's home while he was urinating on her porch.
