Police believe they have finally caught
the notorious Toilet Posse of Topeekeegee.

In May, thieves took nearly $5,000 worth of
urinal and toilet parts from county and city parks.

Similar thefts have occurred at local fast-food
restaurants and other businesses in the area.

This is, perhaps, the worst case of
Klepto-Valve Syndrome in Florida history.
