A UNICEF Polio Vaccination team has been kidnapped by suspected Taliban in Sakhi Pul as they were returning to Peshawar Thursday and they are being kept there in chains, according to the Dawn newspaper.

A perceived decline in Law and Order has adversely impacted the tourism industry lately in Peshawar and the NWFP. I'll bet.
