Who Murdered Rachel Hoffman?

A Leon County Grand Jury said that Rachel Hoffman should never have been at the drug transaction where she was murdered, according to a story by Sue Carlton at the
SP Times.

*After being busted for pot, the 23 year-old agreed to go undercover to avoid jail. She was killed in May while working as a confidential informant for Tallahassee police.*

*Last Friday, a grand jury indicted Andrea Green and Deneilo Bradshaw for Rachel Hoffman's murder. In their presentment to the court, grand jurors said evidence showed that TPD's negligence contributed to her death.*
