Mez: SATURDAY HEARING (2#) -

The Meredith Kercher Murder Case -

Manga and The Locked Room . . .

This was a closed-door hearing; thus,
we are getting our information secondhand.

During the hearing, the prosecuting attorney sketched out a theory of the crime with some allusions to evidence in their possession.

Japanese Manga material was found in Sollecito's possession at his flat which depicts the murder of female vampires on Halloween night.

"Scenes from the comics showed naked women dead on the floor and blood on the walls - images very similar to the scene that greeted police when they discovered Meredith’s body."

The prosecutor also told the court that American Judge Michael J Heavey had written to their office, criticizing their handling of the case and was attempting to interfere with Italian Due Process. [express]

Locked Room Mysteries are a classic genre of crime. Michael, who has been closely following this case, made an intriguing comment on Frank's blog recently about the locked room.

"put Meredith's keys in
Amanda's room after locking Meredith's room"

Perhaps he's read more reports than I have, but I wasn't aware that Meredith's keys were found by CSI in Amanda's room. Is this hearsay or actual evidence?

An unknown intruder could have thrown them there. Yes, but how would the intruder come to possess Meredith's keys?

Has Amanda's DNA been discovered on those keys?
And was Manga the "helter-skelter" behind this case?

You can assume that the prosecutor's office has
more evidence than they've publicly revealed thus far.
