He's Got Mail ! - Would you believe that Mullah Omar, the Monocular One, is surfing the Net and sending out emails? I'm willing to believe that, but my credulity can stretch only so far.

I think they lost me just about here:

Closer to home, it emerged over the weekend that both of our newspapers here in South Florida, The Sun-Sentinel and The Miami Herald, are in serious peril. It now seems possible that we may no longer have any English-language newspapers around here in the not-so-distant future.
