The reference to the manga nicknames prompted me to do a little research on this topic. I generally find that Wikipedia is a good, quick go-to source for information on pop culture and related subcultures, but sometimes there are problems in going this route.

Last week, while I was trying to research World of Darkness, their vampire mythos, and LARPG, I encountered dead ends on a couple of topics. Their pages has been deleted. I had to wait a couple of days before going back to check again.

Fortunately, earlier this evening,
I got better results on the manga nicknames.
