Aunt Diane's Evening News -

Last night Diane Sawyer debuted as anchor for the dinnertime ABC TV Network national and international news show. How'd she do?

I watched it and thought she did pretty well, but her voice had a tendency to rise and sounded like it was almost on the verge of a helium-filled giggle fit. I think she's going to have to learn to control her voice modulation. Other than that, I thought she did OK.

Got a kick out of the "respectable lady" thing.
