Reversed: Novack Ruling (3#) -

Federal authorities are convening a grand jury probe into the murder of Ben Novack Jr, which occurred in New York State. They may also want a closer look at the financial dealings of his business entity, Convention Concepts Unlimited.

This has prompted Broward County Probate Court Judge Charles Greene to overturn his previous decision to award control of the $10million estate to Novack's widow, Narcy, according to reporter Julie Brown at The Miami Herald.

It wasn't until after I posted my preceding entry on this case that I noticed, via Trench Reynolds, that John Walsh did a January 23rd segment on the Novack murder for his AMW TV Show, as I don't routinely watch Walsh's program.

It turns out that Walsh
has uncovered a missing trophy.
