Seattle Folkies Fear Clown Thug Attacks (3#) -

"Woo, woo, Juggalo" . . .

This upcoming Memorial Day weekend is one of Seattle's favorite entertainment delights: the Northwest Folklife Festival. But some fear a repeat of the violence which has marred such events in the past from a group of thugs wearing clownish face paint. Known as Juggalos, they are reputed to be among the fans of a rock music group, the ICP or Insane Clown Posse.
