Two lawyers who are also published writers have teamed up to sue the Miami New Times; Gerald Posner has retained Mark Lane as his attorney alleging "tortious interference" in Mr Posner's career and more.
The aforementioned publication is a far-flung element in the cunningly structured syndication empire of Village Voice Media.
Is it all true?
Well, even paranoids can have real enemies.
I have no feasible way of ascertaining the validity of the allegations, chiefly because the Miami edition is entirely different from the Broward edition - and it's difficult for me to even pick up the Broward edition these days. Half the time, lately, I can't even get to it.
I have no idea what's going on down there.
