In movies and TV shows, legal cases are configured into a story which has a beginning, a middle, and an end. In real life, cases do not always have a satisfactory closure; they are not always wrapped up in a neat little package.
Reporter Anthony Colarossi, who has been covering the Casey Anthony case, got his hands on a copy of former prosecutor Jeff Ashton's new book on the case, Imperfect Justice, and tells us about it at the Orlando Sentinel.

But why is this news? It appears that the Tabloids have decided to treat her like a Reality TV celebrity - as if she is like Snooki from the Jersey Shore TV series.
This situation is likely to get worse before it gets better, because the Boca-based company that owns The National Enquirer and Radar is planning to produce a new publication devoted to this new type of celebrity, as I noted in yesterday's entry.
