The Eide holiday on Monday was marked in Fort Lauderdale by a traffic light glitch in the computer system, according to Broward County's Chief Traffic Engineer, Jihad El Eid.

"Computers have minds of their own," El Eid said...

As a result of the holiday glitch, 1,350 traffic lights went wacko.
