CT Blog reports a mention on an Al Qaeda-friendly message board claiming that Osama Bin Laden is about to issue a new taped address concerning the situation in the Levant, though no official word yet from a'Sahab, his media production company. Evan Kohlman there points out that such an address might present a conflicting agenda in juxtaposition with the recent fatwa issued by a Saudi cleric, Abdullah bin Jabreen, against Hezbollah, which surprised a lot of people.
