MSM TREATMENT OF
LEBANON CONFLICT -

The mainstream news media treatment of the conflict in Lebanon, including the debate about stage-managing the coverage, doctored photos, and their approach to the incident at Qana, is beginning to bleed into the periphery of the major American radio stations, TV stations and the rest of the U.S. Press.

Todd Schnitt whose regional radio talk show is on during the afternoon drive time has covered it; as has Deborah Norville on the Inside Edition syndicated TV show.

The topic has been touched upon during network broadcast TV shows when their newscasters reported that the Reuters-affiliated photographer who blatantly doctored a couple of photos was discharged from the agency.
