The Fourth District Court of Appeals
today put a hold on the burial of
Anna Nicole Smith in the Bahamas.

This shouldn't come as a big surprise.
Whatever Judge Seidlin would have
ruled was almost certainly going to
be appealed. Thus, in a sense, he
was in a no-win situation.
