# Meanwhile, in Broward County, departing Hollywood city attorney, Dan Abbott has joined the Fort Lauderdale law firm of Weiss, Serota et al, which does legal work for Hollywood and its quango CRA or community redevelopment agency.

"So Abbott's departure may be in title alone. He'll probably be called in to handle legal matters for the city's CRA, which is headed by his former bosses, the city commissioners," Todd Wright reports. [mherald]
