FERAL BILLING BEHAVIOR (3#) -

Richard C Millstein, the Dade County lawyer who was appointed by the Broward County Court as guardian ad litem for the late Anna Nicole Smith's infant-in-arms ("Dannielynn") has submitted a confiscatory bill to repo her entire trust fund.

The bill is scheduled for a hearing on
Nov 8th, which is not likely to resolve it.

• The key issue which the Press needs to delve into is: why the Broward County Court needs to appoint a guardian ad litem from an entirely different county.

Instead, they're just acting like trained monkeys. This is not deep investigative journalism; it merely behooves them to raise a few basic commonsense questions. But they're too lazy to do anything beyond parrot some press releases. While understandable at a local level, there's no excuse for it further afield.

Until the Press does its job and addresses this issue, this situation will continue to spin out of control.
