# The three suspects in the case must remain incarcerated because they could flee if released or interfere with with evidence and because there are "grave indications" of their guilt in the homicide which took place.

A panel of judges said that Amanda Knox had a "negative personality" and that Sollecito had a "fragile character."

Richard Owen reports that Sollecito and the Kercher Family did not communicate at the Inquest Hearing which just took place over the weekend.

# Italian courts have to issue written explanations of their decisions. ... The court noted that Knox had contradicted herself on several occasions.
