After being sequestered in his chambers for 11 hours, Judge Micheli has sentenced Rudy Guede to serve 30 years in prison; we don't know what their parole situation is like over there or whether 30 years means 30 years absolute.

The judge has ordered that IMO Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito, the case be put through the full and formal trial process.

The judge has postponed his decision
on house arrest until tomorrow.
