Psychiatrists have identified a new
condition known as Truman Syndrome.

"It's a delusion afflicting people who become convinced that their lives are secretly being played out on a reality TV show."

This is an entry on Roy Greenslade's blog with a comment thread attached. Although it may seem amusing at first, it has some weird implications when juxtaposed with the BBC's The Last Enemy drama and the more recent webcam teen suicide.
