that Nova Southeastern University Librarian Kimberli Kidd kicked off the opening of a local chapter of NaNoWriMo right here in Broward County on 2 November.

The inaugural meeting took place at Alvin Sherman Library in Davie for the sometimes grueling endurance test known as the November Novel Writing Challenge.
