Amanda Knox is making her cinematic debut in The Last City which is reportedly about traveling to imaginary places while in prison. The theme is reminiscent of Antonioni's movie The Passenger.

In Antonioni's movie, David Locke, a reporter portrayed by Jack Nicholson, travels to North Africa where he assumes another man's identity:

"I used to be someone else, but I traded him in."

Questions have been raised already in this homicide case, even in advance of the actual trial, about the apparent disparity between descriptions of Amanda Knox in the setting of her hometown Seattle compared to the descriptions of her behavior in Perugia. Can the movie shed any light on this mysterious disparity?
