The CBC has received
a mysterious videotape, but

"did not know how the video
came into the network's possession."

The video shows Beverly Giesbrecht, 52, of Vancouver BC, the producer of the Jihan Unspun website, claiming she has been kidnapped by "Taliban" while travelling in Pakistan near the Afghan border on a freelance assignment for the Al Jazeerah TV Network.
