Iran is currently lurching into a downward spiral, as the offices of two opposition candidates have been shuttered by the regime. No doubt office aides did due diligence, making myriad copies of the list state security forces were after and depositing the replicas elsewhere, well beyond the regime's grasp.

and arrests, only to delete the news later."

Both Morteza Alviri and
Ali Reza Behesti have been arrested.
