Cuba has announced that it will offer public Internet access at the island's post offices, but no one is quite sure yet exactly what kind of access it will be. Cuba currently offers access to its own brand of internal Intranet, but blocks access to the World Wide Web. Other issues which remain murky involve bandwidth and cost.
