Hurtling Into Touchdown (2#) -

Missing White Woman Syndrome takes a couple
of strange twists and turns in South Florida . . .

Hello again! We've been experiencing a spell of severe weather lately - very cold and uncomfortable. Today and tomorrow the weather is in semi-recovery; we hope to be back to relative normal by the end of the week.

What follows hereafter is a
quintessential Broward County Florida story:

A 78-year-old grandmother was
imprisoned for two weeks on trumped up charges.

"They came on real strong,
like I had killed somebody or something."

They were probably hoping to extort money out of her,
so they shackled her in chains in order to terrorize her.

They usually succeed in hiding these cases because they use secret dockets and then bury them. They also "lose" or misplace prisoners, which conveniently evades writs of habeas corpus. And they are constantly in search of more vulnerable people like elderly women to prey on.

I presume you've already heard about the pretty blond model whose burnt body was found in a Miami dumpster. Pretty gals tend to get more publicity.
