Is Amanda Knox just tangled up 
in an ephemeral conspiracy matrix?
Dan Amira reports that a new conspiracy website apparently does not subscribe to the belief that the January Tucson massacre, which wounded Rep Gabrielle Giffords, ever happened. 
They claim it's a government hoax. They are campaigning to persuade the public the event was actually just a practise operation conducted by the Department of Homeland Security. 
One commenter there suggests that too many people are flushing their psycho-active prescription pills down their toilets and polluting the water supply.
