In a new development over the weekend, Rudy Guede has more explicitly accused Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito of being the "assassins" of Meredith Kercher.

Quoted from a recent letter to his lawyer, Guede has not testified thusly under oath in court, as far as I can remember, but Guede is currently in the process of appeal.

Talk is cheap; only an expert in Italian Law would be able to evaluate the impact or implications of his ad hoc remarks.
