Mez: Seeds of Doubt (4#) -

Meredith Kercher Murder Case -

Carlo Dalla Vedova for the Defense
disputed the validity of the evidence
and the merit of Amanda Knox's character.

Does Motive matter? It is being claimed that the Prosecution has switched the motivation which they attribute to Knox.

In the end, it is Behavior that really matters. Motive may be helpful, but sometimes there is no rational motive that can be attributed. In this case, I suspect an entirely different motive may have contributed to this homicide; I believe that racism may have led to an "ethnic cleansing."

In another recent case a young killer murdered a child because, she said, she just wanted to know what it felt like to kill someone.

One of my biggest problems with this case is that I don't believe a word of Knox's story from the moment she says she arrived at the cottage the morning after the homicide to the moment the Telecom Police arrived. I just find it utterly implausible.
