Carlo Dalla Vedova, lawyer for the Defense of convicted killer Amanda Knox, has filed an appeal to remove Judge Claudia Matteini from sitting on the slander matter. Proceedings were adjourned until June 17th, pending a decision on this issue by a higher court, according to a dispatch by Nick Pisa.
